These general conditions of sale govern all relations between JUCH SARL, a company with a capital of €2,000 whose registered office is located at 9 avenue de la Liberté, 92400 COURBEVOIE, FRANCE registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 810 332 255, (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) and customers of the www.juch.fr site (hereinafter referred to as “customer”) wishing to make a purchase via the website (hereinafter referred to as “the website”). The Client declares that he/she has the capacity to conclude this contract, i.e. to have reached the legal age of majority and not to be under guardianship. The order by the Customer implies the irrevocable acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The sales contract is subject to French law.

ARTICLE 1: ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS
Any order placed on the site implies the customer’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions. The site is the property of the company in its entirety, as well as all related rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the express prior written consent of the company. The general terms and conditions of sale may be modified, in particular by considering possible changes in names. The automatic registration system is considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. Items will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order registration. The products remain the property of the company until the full price has been received by the company. This price is payable in full and in a single payment. The prices are indicated in euros all taxes included. They take into account the VAT applicable in France on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products or services. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed inclusive of all taxes and including VAT for France and European Union countries. This price includes the price of the products, handling and packaging costs, as well as transport and insurance costs. ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT METHOD & SECURE PAYMENT

When buying on the Internet with Cic Secure Payment, the entire transaction is carried out on the CM-CIC banking site in encrypted mode. What information is required to use CM-CIC P@iement? On the CM-CIC website p@iement, we will ask you:

We apply the new safety standards in France. It aims to authenticate the cardholder when paying by internet. This standard is referred to as “Verified by Visa” for Visa and “MasterCard SecureCode” for MasterCard. Its principle is based on the verification of information known only by the cardholder (such as the 4-digit code) and which will be requested by his bank during web transactions. In any case, JUCH cannot be held responsible for hacking and only your bank can guarantee your transactions by sending you personal and unique codes. The company also offers its customers the possibility to pay for their purchases using Paypal.
ARTICLE 6: DELIVERY
JUCH shoe orders placed before 2pm (GMT+1) Monday to Friday are shipped the same day (except holidays). Orders placed after 2pm are shipped the next business day. This period is given as an indication and remains subject to the actual receipt of payment.
The shipments are then handled by a transport service provider (Colissimo) who ensures the transport to the delivery address indicated by the customer. The delivery times indicated by the carriers are as follows:
Free delivery of your JUCH pair: within 48 to 72 hours.
Free delivery of your pair of JUCH in Europe: D+5 to D+7
Fixed price delivery (10€) in the rest of the world: D+10 to D+15
All these deadlines are given as an indication. Exceeding these deadlines may under no circumstances be held against JUCH, nor give rise to termination of the contract or any compensation for damages.
Warnings / advice: Only the damages and anomalies mentioned in the reservations made by the customer will be taken into account in the resolution of the dispute by the transport service provider. The company reminds that in the event of a delivery problem, the customer must keep all the elements received in the same condition (including packaging and overpacking) until the complete resolution of his file.
Any failure to comply with the rules defined above may result in the transport service provider refusing to take charge of the dispute. We advise you to check your delivery address when summarizing your order. In case of error on the delivery address, the shipping costs for a new shipment will be charged to the customer.
The customer must submit to the company, within two working days following the date of receipt of the package, any claim of error of delivery and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality with respect to the indications appearing on the order form. Any complaint made after this deadline will be rejected without any possibility of recourse for the customer and will release the company from any liability towards the customer.
If the country of delivery is not part of the European Union, customs duties will be charged to the recipient. JUCH has no control over these costs, which are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Delivery errors: In the event of a delivery that is not intended for the customer, the customer is required to keep the package(s) in good condition and to inform the company’s customer service department at :firstname.lastname@example.org
Non-conforming products: In the event of a non-compliant product, the customer may make this complaint in accordance with the terms and conditions to the company’s customer service department. The company will do its utmost to regularize the problem encountered by the customer as soon as possible. In these specific cases and to the extent that the error emanates from its services.

All announced deadlines are in working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). The company delivers worldwide. We cannot guarantee delivery times, but the usual delivery times are 2 to 4 working days in metropolitan France and 5 to 7 working days for Europe, and 10 to 15 days for the rest of the world. The company uses the post office and its shipments by Colissimo for the whole world. Customs and other charges in the country of arrival are the responsibility of the customer. In case of unusual delays, an e-mail will be sent to you. Shipping costs are calculated automatically as soon as you finalize your shopping cart and appear in the total to be paid. In the event of damage during transport, the justified protest must be made to the company within two days of delivery. Delivery times are given only as an indication; if they exceed thirty days from the date of order, the sales contract may be terminated and the customer reimbursed.
ARTICLE 7: PROCESSING OF UNDELIVERED PACKAGES BY OUR TRANSPORT SERVICE PROVIDER
These are the packages that have not been delivered to the final recipient for the following reasons: NPAI, unclaimed, refused, transport damage, spoliation, etc…. Returns due to NPAI: These are packages returned by the delivery service provider under the mention: Does not live at the indicated address. After receipt and acceptance of your package by our services, the company will contact the customer in order to send back his order if the product is still available or to proceed with the refund of the order according to the customer’s wishes. The company reserves the right to proceed with the refund of the order and not the return of it in the event that several NPAIs are identified. Returns due to “NOT RECLAMED”: These are packages that have not been claimed by the customer at the post office, or at the Relais within the specified time limits. After receipt and acceptance of your package by our services, the company will contact the customer in order to send back his order at the customer’s expense if the product is still available or to proceed with the refund of the order according to the customer’s request. The company reserves the right to refund the order and not to return it in the event that several “NOT RECLAMED” are identified. Returns due to “REFUSE”: You refused your package at the time of delivery. After receipt and acceptance of your package by our services, the company will refund the amount of the order within 5 working days. ARTICLE 8: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has a legal period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods without having to justify any reasons or pay any penalties. This applies to all products in stock and does not apply to products made to order. If this period of fourteen clear days normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday or non-working day, it shall be extended until the first following working day. Returns are the responsibility of the customer.

ATTENTION: WE ONLY TAKE BACK SHOES THAT HAVE NEVER BEEN WORN AND THAT DO NOT HAVE ANY NEW MARKS, INCLUDING ON THE SOLE!
Please take every precaution when trying on your JUCH (use a carpet or rug).
If you make an exchange, JUCH will return the new pair to you at its expense only once. If you wish to exchange your product several times, you will have to pay for the shipment to our premises.
The refund is made within a maximum period of 30 working days from the receipt of the return of the goods by re-credit on the credit card used for the purchase and this after checking the good condition of the article and its packaging. Damaged, incomplete, or soiled products will not be taken back or refunded. All returned items must be returned in perfect condition…
Upon receipt of the package, the company will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and such use or damage makes the items unfit for sale.
If the return is refused by the company, the items will then be returned to the customer at his expense, without the customer being able to claim any compensation or right to reimbursement, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of his warranty rights on the goods sold. ARTICLE 10: OBLIGATION OF THE PARTIES
JUCH, in the event of acceptance of an order, undertakes to sell and deliver to the Customer the products ordered by the latter according to the terms specified above. JUCH undertakes to check that the products comply with French regulations. The Customer undertakes to provide JUCH with an address to which delivery can be made. The information of personal information (name, address, telephone, e-mail address…) collected for the purpose of concluding the sales contract is mandatory. This information is essential for the processing and delivery of orders and the preparation of invoices. The lack of information leads to the non-validation of the order. In the event of an error in the provision of this information, JUCH cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. In this case, the customer remains responsible for the payment. In the event of the supply of an incomplete address resulting in the impossibility of delivery by the transport service provider, the Customer shall pay the delivery costs corresponding to the reshipment of his order.
ARTICLE 11: LIABILITY
For all stages of access to the site, consultation, filling in forms, placing orders, delivery of items or any other service, the company has only an obligation of means. Consequently, the company cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network and totally outside the due diligence and precautions taken.
